学生在学习期间将参加每年六个月的带薪实习。实习是课程的一部分并由学院协助安排。许多国际连锁酒店会在学生毕业之际亲临本院招聘优秀毕业生。学生可在瑞士或海外的酒店及餐饮行业进行实习。实习月薪不低于2168瑞郎 。
